 Ingredients:

  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Water – 500 ml
  • Vanilla – 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Sea Salt – 1 pinch
  • Chia Seeds – 4 tbsp

Method:

  • Add cinnamon and vanilla in water.
  • Bring this mixture to boil.
  • Add oats.
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add honey and salt.
  • Pour into a bowl and add chia seeds while its still hot.
  • You can add your favorite fruit to improve the taste.
