    Brush at least twice a day. Food stuck in your teeth and tongue tends to make your breath smell funny.

  2. Scrap the Tongue:

    Your tongue hosts bad breath causing bacteria so your tongue needs to be scrap off of all the debris.

  3. Floss Regularly:

    Flossing helps to removes the food particular stuck between your teeth. If you wont floss regularly the gum inflaming bacteria will eventually turn into plaque causing cavities and bad breath.

  4. Use anti-bacterial Mouthwash:

    To keep your breath fresh and mouth moist, you need to use ant-bacterial mouthwash.

  5. Chewing Gum:

    Chewing gum will make more saliva to moisten your mouth and keeping breath fresh.

  6. Do not smoke or chew tobacco:

    Its a known fact that tobacco will cause bad breath and  ultimately Cancer.

  7. Avoid Food with Strong Odor:

    Minimize the use of strong smelling food like, onion, garlic, etc. to avoid bad breath.

  8. Coffee and Alcohol:

    Bad news coffee lovers, coffee and alcohol can both cause bad breath as they harbor bad breath causing bacteria.
